Refund & Return Policy

All in-store sales are final. Electronics sold as “fully working” may be returned within 7 days if they do not perform as described.

For online orders with in-store pickup, items must be collected within 48 hours unless otherwise pre-approved. Orders not picked up may be cancelled and subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All shipped orders are final sale. If an order is cancelled before shipping, a 20% restocking fee will apply. If an item arrives faulty or not as described, refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be issued once the item is returned at the buyer’s expense. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping.
