The set includes a sofa, loveseat and arm Chair. Overall they are all in great condition with very minimal wear from use. Just from our experience with sofas, they seem to be faux leather/Vinyl however we cannot be 100% sure as we cannot find any labels. Sofa measures at 85" wide, loveseat 65" wide and arm Chair at 45" wide.
