Overall cosmetically the chair is in good as new condition and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the height adjustable lever seems to be not working so it's stuck at the lowest setting. It could be an easy fix we are not sure. The chair also rocks/tilts which does work fine. . . . . . . . . . We now have a physical store!
