Overall it's in great condition, the top has some slight wear and tear from use but it's nothing too noticeable. The table can be used as a round table or extended with a leaf. Comes with 7 chairs which have a really nice design, one of which is a rocking chair. This could be painted to really bring out it's amazing potential, or is perfect as is :) Measures at 6ft long and 4ft wide (4ft by 4ft when not extended) and 30.5" tall.
