Less than a year old. It was used very sparingly for a few months and always with a topper. It has since been in storage unused. King sized and has been stored in a dust proof plastic cover. As it has been in storage and moved around I cannot guarantee there isn't a minor mark here and there, however the covers can be removed to be washed if needed. According to their website, this brand is medium firmness.
