Not 100% sure if it's absolutely brand new or VERY lightly used. It came from a warehouse clearout in which they had this to charge their forklift. We are 99.99% sure it works as it looks unused! My knowledge of electrical equipment is not the best, however the model number is TST-D48100A3 and it retails new for 2500 USD (3500 CAD).
